Split shaft, lightweight!
Great paddle for the price. Although I would recommend this paddle, I must add that the quality control was abit amiss...The area of the paddle that you hold had a protruding piece of sharp metal exposed and needed to be filed down and then repainted in a small area to touch up the blemish. I like that it is asymmetrical and can be adjusted for your style of paddling.

Light weight, good shape of paddles. The only thing I would suggest is a thin foam rubber cover on the handles.

Could not break done paddle after using it . Water seems to leak into paddle from blades and when your relaxing drips on your crotch . Needs to be made a little better . As a paddle it does well , nice and stiff
