    Not at all useful to me. Wouldn't recommend this book to anyone.

    The recipes have no gram counts for fat, carbs, fiber, salt or protein. The book is written for people who have been on Keto for years. about a third of the recipes are NOT Keto. The print is tiny. Many of the recipes require pre or post cooking in a frypan or in the oven.
