The watch was described as fully functioning and operational, but was not running when the watch arrived. Seller included a note saying the watch probably needed a new battery so the seller knew the watch was not running when it was mailed.
After contacting the seller, I was told to return the watch which I did.

between wearing the watch to be sure it was in working order and packaging the item the batter went dead. I wrote a note to say due to a health emergency i didn't got purchase a battery. So in my defense... the battery is in working order. You will have to replace the battery from time to time. And it was a beautiful skagen watch that you got for $6.00. I do feel like this is an over the top response.
