Arrived fast and in good conditions. The item itself had scratches (nothing crazy just a little noticeable) and the cap felt a little bit loose although nothing happened to it at all, so it’s more like just the feeling of it (I’m typing this to describe how it feels but again the product itself it’s good). It connected immediately to the airpods and the phone under the previous name it had. In the back of the box it says original apple product made in china. All good

My case arrived on time and in perfect working condition. They even charged it to 100% which was a nice gesture being that my wife’s AirPod was dead as door nail. Item was not as described. Shipping was fine, but the description stated all items were factory sealed. The items in the box were place inside out of order and without regard for the fact it’s a Collector’s Edition product. Every item was opened (not clear in the pictures) and the plastic completely removed on the game. Contacted seller and no answer after 4 days. Returned via Ebay policy without issue in timely manner. Would not recommend this seller.
