Shipped fast and machine works well. Does what it's supposed to. Made ice cream same day it arrived. Need to tweak my recipe for the container, but otherwise it works well. Soft serve is quicker for those who can't wait. Me. I was surprised that this thing is no louder than my bread maker. Not freezing the mixing bowl is great. This has the drive under the bowl, like a bread maker, not in an arm over the top. Seems well made and I hope the paddle holds up as long. It, of course, is plastic.
