I requested refund on the Snow whitening system and received it the same day the seller was unaware of the used condition of the product. They did provide very fast shipping and it was packaged well.

Item received was not the same as pictured. I knew in advance there was no key however, it was in poor condition and should have been sold for parts and that is stretching it. The sell responded very quickly and refunded the purchase price but not the shipping. It did state no refund on shipping however the seller mislead the item. Reviewing the seller's feedback, the sell would benefit with cleaning and if possible, test the items prior to posting.
