Item is poor quality, the finish is lacking and the wheels showed up with several spokes swinging free and the nipples in the bottom of the box. Would have returned the item, but due to request for return shipping and restock fee on top of being overcharged for original shipping apparently, as the return shipping is only $23, I would only receive half of my money back upon return .Not happy with the item but it seems as though I'm stuck with them anyway. Seller unresponsive to negative feedback.

The item pictuered was not sent ,very misleading! seller stated the product that was pictured was no longer available so they sent the closest match they had , and informed me i could return it if i wanted! picture still up at this point of a product that they say is not available !! i searched out the product i paid for and found available from two other sellers at a higher price which is ok... I did order the correct product from some one else!! Manipulation from original seller buyer beware!
