Seller very honest about holes found in hat and I suggested a few bucks returned which he agreed to. Be great if all ‘sellers were standup types. Unfortunately they are not. Example: bought cypress slab & pic did not accurately show bad spot. When I contacted seller about this, response was like tough $hit
