Item exactly as described. Was a bit put off by the shipping but when it arrived the packing was VERY professional. Well worth the charge! The item is potentially very fragile and can be described as a delicate instrument. Triple boxed with bubble wrap. Perfect! I contacted the seller when I mistakenly thought one item was missing. The seller responded immediately, and was very patient while I double checked the shipping box. To my embarrassment the item was indeed in the packaging.
