    Great, but could be better

    An excellent vacuum, don't get me wrong. But, just a couple of cons... No where to put the ridiculously long cord while vacuuming. Make a hook somewhere please!! Like 10 attachments (not a bad thing) with no where to put them. I do not like the to push the vacuum while not in use. It feels like it is going to snap (it hasn't though). These are minimal irritations. The vacuum has excellent suction, lightweight, easy to empty, long cord, multiple attachments, and so far none of the annoying wrap around hair on the brush. Highly recommend!

    Unfortunately not impressed.

    The famous Dyson name but stopped working properly within a couple of months. The Dyson website and troubleshooting options is one of the most frustrating platforms to use with basically dead links or it just sends you in circles. The reason I bought a Dyson was name familiarity and my belief that it was backed up with a strong warranty. Unfortunately, that warranty has a lot of clauses so to speak and my attempts to get help via the website has been painful at best. Just frustrated with the product and have purchased another brand vacuum while I decide what options I have left.

    BEST VACUUM EVER!

    Very maneuverable when compared to other brands. Suction is incredible. Filled up with dust and dog fur that had been left behind by my old vacuum! Carpet is beginning to look like new again.

    Glad I bought it!

    Wow, the pet hair this thing removes is pretty amazing. I knew it was a bit clunky for me but I love my cordless animal and needed the cord.
