Discontinued, simple-to-use MP3 player with clear sound -- love it!!
This is a simple MP3 player, for those who want just that: a simple MP3 player. I received a Sansa Fuze several years ago, as a gift. MUCH to my dismay, I recently left it behind on a plane. Fortunately, I was able to find a refurbished one here on eBay (the Fuze has been discontinued, like lots of other things I find helpful, useful, etc. -- but I digress). It is easy to use (I love the navigation wheel), and the lock feature comes in handy when I have it stuck in my pocket and am bending over a lot (i.e., when I work out in the yard). It also works great with a portable MP3 speaker. It is smaller than, say, an iPhone, which is another feature I like. Great, clear sound. Sansa Fuze is Unbeatable
This is my second Sansa Fuze. After several years of impeccable service I decided I should get a back-up - just in case. Now I have one for travel and one for home. In general, I am techno-challenged but the Fuze was easy to master and, so far, indestructible. I tend to avoid Apple products on principle and, therefore, can't compare the Fuze to one of the iPods but I'm sure the Fuze is more reasonably priced.
