    So far so good.

    I have had no prior experience with any type of rechargeable battery. So for those uninformed individuals such as myself, make sure you fully charge them prior to installation. They are not ready to rock and roll like standard alkaline types.

    Good buy or not?

    No comment on the value or the quality. Not sure about these batteries yet. They are really coming down in price in the last months to year or two. They last longer than the typical double and triple A rechargeable cells, but they are seemingly being produced on a massive scale. Many of the super bright led's use these. I purchased 5 lights with 5 batteries along with 5 chargers for less than $25 after buying two of these batteries for $7.50 each. I am not sure if the quality is the same. But I'm guessing that it is. Will wait and see.
