Absolutely incredible to work with!! They accidentally forgot a memory card in my order and I messaged a little late at night not expecting a response but to my surprise they were incredibly quick to respond and very apologetic. Mistakes happen no biggie but they had it shipped out that immediate morning. The console was also in excellent condition and the controllers they included matched the console case too.
