While the USPS lost the package, the overall experience was positive. Seller was responsive to my questions as delays occurred, and when I ultimately requested a refund, the seller quickly took action with USPS and I had a refund processed very quickly. Great job all around. Can’t control the shipping sometimes, it happens.
