Easy to setup
Item was well packed and easy to assemble. At first try warmed up in like 10 sec and took all those wrinkles away in no time. Only down side is that it didn't come with like something to put in behind the cloth so you could put good pressure with the steam. So in this case you would have to put the cloth on a bed for instance. Also when you are steaming be aware that the hose might get kind of flimpsy. Just be carefull then steaming and also when storing it make sure the rubberhose is has no kinks in it otherwise in a period of time it might get cracks. But on the good side, it's a very good priced steamer that get's the job done easily. When you done you just remove the tank and drain the rest of the water from the steamer itself. When it works it is nice!
After opening box & putting together-this was easy --it was filled with distilled water from the store. Immediately sand like sediment began pooling in the tank & steamer ran intermittently at best. After a thorough cleaning with vinegar the tank seemed better & steam is now much better. So--fingers crossed that it will work properly now. Like others have mentioned pole is way short-I m 5'4'' & you stand in an awkward crouch to steam. I recommend because it does steam & other products seem to have issues also.
