Seller took 5 days to bring the item to fedex. When it arrived it was not as described. The outside dimension was supposed to be 15 inches and it was 16.25 inches. The listing said ut came with 2 keys and it did not. Contact the seller and offered a discount and told me to cut a stud out to make it fit.

Sent the wrong item! Likely intentionally. How could a tiny business ship the wrong item? Promised to send the correct item and allow me to keep the first item i received, but ONLY IF I CANCEL THE RETURN REQUEST via ebay. I thought the offer was admirable. However, when I asked to receive the correct otem first, the seller quickly retracted his offer and demanded I ship the original item for return. After reading other reviews, seems its not likely I receive a cash$ refund at all!!!

to ship correct item free of charge and told him no need to return incorrect item, but
please cancel return request. ( eBay is holding his payment when he submitted return
request ) He refused and told us he will cancel once he receives correct item.

I do not recommend this seller. He scammed me. He never sent me the package. He never answers my messages where I asked about shipping. Even worse, I ask Ebay for help to refund my money for an item that was never sent. And you know what? Now he asks me to print a mailing label for the return. Return of what. If he never sent the package and even less answered me, what happens? Don't even think about buying anything from this guy. He keeps the money and does not send the package.
