Seller was a stand up guy!! Package arrived severely damaged, but I was offered two options. One was to send it back for a full refund, and two, fix it and he would give me a generous discount. I chose the second option, as sending such a large and heavy package back would have been terrible. Good price for this heavy, durable safe and quick delivery. One issue, the inside shelf broke off because of the loose boxes moving around during shipping. This box had beaten up batteries, which were not necessary to ship. It could be packaged better for shipping. The box was beat up during shipping which is understandable because of the weight.
