After receiving a previous item from this seller that was listed as new but it’s original packaging was completely opened, I gave the seller another chance and received another item with the same exact issue. Seller claimed that item had been untouched therefore qualified as new, but new is defined as sealed and in original packaging. Seller refused to give return shipping label/address after being offered payment for said label/address. After stating I will be contacting ebay they gave it to me
