Received item it works well but the plastic base the size tool fits in the hole is too small the base was not properly machined with a larger hole to accommodate the instrument, anyway they sent another one same issue I believe the whole lot has this problem and unless they open package they won't discover the problem.

Not as described. Bottom piece unfinished.
Plastic bottom piece was not machined so would not fit mandrel. This piece is important as you use it as a anvil and plunger remover. Not as described in picture. Can make it work with more effort.

Ring Resizing Mandrel With Teflon Base
Works exactly as described. The Teflon base is exactly as it should be. It is not designed to fit into the hole in the teflon base. The hole in the base is there so the mandrel can protrude into the center of the teflon base while you are pounding on the mandrel to enlargen your ring. It works well. It took a while but my ring is now resized and fits properly. Thanks for an inexpensive product that does its job properlyWorks exactly as described. The Teflon base is exactly as it should be.
