Received it as described. It works intermittently, sometimes not at all. It does unlock the doors and the remote start works, but the vehicle doesn't seem to recognize the remote when inside the car. "Remote not Found" comes up on the display and the vehicle will not start about 75% of the time.

    Good product, poor instructions! finally googled for instructions. video showed where to place key fob. Now I've got to figure out how to get key for door cut.

    Good device - caution with instructions

    It works.. but don't follow any instructions online or given to make it work. Most websites telling you how to program it forget to say that you need to put the fob in the car and let alone for 30 minutes or more.. It won't work immediately and needs about 30 minutes to slow program after doing the special key turn method. This I discovered by accident and based on a blog. Just follow the instructions and then leave the key in the car for 30 minutes and it will program itself.

    Easy tonprogram

    I’m so glad I looked on eBay before purchasing a remote key fob. I was expecting to pay out the wazoo at the dealer. It is identical to the one my husband lost, minus the Cadillac emblem. I watched a YouTube video on how to program it, while I was waiting for it to arrive. But it came with instructions, and it was super easy.

    Good key Fob if you need one

    Very Good remote for Cadillac ATS. I got it in under a week. After delivery, I opened the package and went right out to the car. I read the car manual, it tells you how to program the key fob! I followed the steps and it worked great. I programmed the key fob in under 5 minutes and it works great. nice to have a spare Key fob for my car.
