I already contacted the seller who failed to respond to my emails for 2 1/2 days. On Friday, I was offered a discount the $30 as the battery didn’t work. I accepted minutes after their offer but receive no response nor was the laptop shipped. I sent messages over the weekend and finally received a response on Monday morning. By this time, I asked for a full refund which after 2 more messages I finally received.
