Product package was open when I received it. Their listing claims that it is a brand new unopened package. When I contacted the seller he said it that it probably opened during the shipping. Yet he claims that they tightly bubble wrap all their packages. So how would it open if they wrapped it so good with bubble wrap? Luckily everything was there and it did look brand new.

we only sell brand new, sealed, genuine frontline plus. we are only as good as the post office. the post office can be rough. even with bubble wrap and our best efforts damage during transit can and will occur. so sorry for the unexpected postal issues. thank you
