This device is a total disaster. Mechanically (following directions EXACTLY) the carriage would not center to load ink heads. The Serial numbers, pin numbers, and model numbers would not interface wireless with the computer. The manual provided was not the model in the box. Those serial numbers, when inputted to solicit online help proved "invalid."
