Purchased 5 ebikes from this company 3 EB5s and 2 EB7s only one of the EB5s was usable and unfortunately these were purchased for Christmas gift so we're not aware of the issues till after the fact. One was missing a clamp to handle bars are loose, one has a bad tire, one looks like it was taken mud running and boxed up every single one is scratched up horrible and 2 have tore seats....... I feel 1 good bike out of 5 is ridiculous especially for the price. BEWARE

I ordered and paid for two e-bike batteries via amazon prime overnight. CLAIMTHIS attention to detail is rubbish as only battery was in the box. They did respond and have sent another battery via UPS ground arriving in 10 days. I pay for prime overnight. I do not recommend using this company unless you have to which no one does.
