The description was vague. They seemed returns. The package came with disc brake rotors that were left loosely in the box. I wasn't convinced that the package was thoroughly inspected. I inspected them carefully to make sure that they were going to perform and that nothing was wrong with them. Just to be sure, I applied additional lubrication to the bearings on both wheels.
Other the inconveniences, the wheels seem like a quality set. They felt light, rode great, and sounded loud.
