I bought this product from Seller once before. My first order shipped quickly, performed adequately, and was generally a good value, so I reordered. Latest order didn't arrive on time, though UPS tracking showed it for delivery 3 days running. Finally UPS notified package was "broken open, empty of contents, and therefore undeliverable". Seller did ship a free replacement immediately, and the second package did arrive quickly with its contents, but again was almost completely torn open.

We weren't home last two weeks, but the neighbor told us that the package arrived on time and he had it, today we opened the package and the Electric Hand Trimmer worked without problem, the box was little damaged on the corners, but I'm sure that happens in transit, good job with shipping and order processing, I'm very happy with this order, I'll give you 5 stars, and I will recommend you to others..
