The seller was very cooperative and was able to ship the item to me the day it was purchased. The seller even upgraded my shipping when I told him I needed the item asap. But when I received the item it wasn’t as described and one of the speakers were broken out of the housing. I was pretty disappointed with that and the fact it had dried mud all over it.

Had this for a few weeks now and what a difference it makes from the old XM antenna I had. This one keeps the signal in places where my old one would drop. If you have a vehicle that uses this type of antenna get yourself one of these NGVA3 models and enjoy much better reception.
