Item was listed as New in Box, but arrived clearly used with both hair and water in the hose and brush. Yeah it’s listed as “Used,” but NIB isn’t the right term to use and it threw me off.
Time to get item dropped off at post office after creating the shipping label was slow as well. 2 days to make label, another 3 to be given to carrier. Some communication around it would’ve been appreciated.
