The box that I received from the seller was ripped open and no contents. It does not appear that the package was insured. The Contacted seller via ebay,the seller's response was "It was not my fault and contact the post offce. I will take the box back to post office and request that they conduct an investigation. I will not buy from this seller again, buy at your own risk.

Priority mail is insured up to $100. Package was completely sealed AND NOT RIPPED when sent. Something obviously happened in transit so per USPS buyer was told to take the damaged box to local USPS office. I sent the proper order, properly packaged and in good faith. Buyer can open a claim with USPS as they do have the package received.

This item was listed as new…it smelled like mildew. The item was shipped in its original box & looked like it had put thru the ringer. The shield was bad scratched. I contacted seller to see if he had another shield I could swap…he said no. I looked on his items & he had several. When I told him so he said he said they were all damaged. I could pay to ship back for full refund ($10.95) or he could discount it. He have me a whopping 11% back. Worst experience in all the years I’ve been on EBay.

Many items are shipped from many sellers in the original item package. Box is suitable for shipping. Buyer wanted me to take apart another item to swap out for a piece of his. Any smell they claim has nothing to do with my products, I sold several, this was the only complaint. I had a couple of the same item left but the face shield was scratched on them too. It's apparently a manufacture error in their way of packaging; I have no control over this. Otherwise perfect and already half off retail.
