Got what I ordered almost as described. Bike came with 3.0 tires when description said 2.8. Diamondbacks fault, definitely not theirs as they are just a reseller/dealer. Took several business days for them to get it to UPS but they may be located aways from a shipping point or shipper doesn't pick up at their location. No idea as out West is more rural so not holding that against them. Would buy from them again. Haven't ridden bike yet so no comments about it but excited for first ride.
