The Brother LX2500 light-duty sewing machine boasts 17 different stitch styles including utility and decorative types. Also featured is an automatic four-step buttonhole maker, which makes the idea of a buttoned garment less daunting. The Brother sewing machine utilizes a jam-resistant drop-in top bobbin for effortless bobbin and thread changes. An LED light in the work area allows users to better monitor the positioning of the thread and needle on the garment being worked on. The Brother sewing machine is able to sew up to 900 stitches per minute with widths of 5 mm and lengths of 4 mm. Built-in accessory storage provides the convenience of being able to store extra bobbins, threads, needles, and more all in one place. The light-duty sewing machine comes with four feet that include a buttonhole foot, a button sewing foot, a zipper foot, and a zigzag foot. The compact Brother LX2500 measures 12 inches tall by 5.9 inches wide by 15.3 inches deep and weighs approximately 11.9 lbs.

    A great product without a high price tag

    I really love this little sewing machine.I bought this because the sewing machine I had was a cabinet tape and every time when I used it I had to go thru so much to get started.With this one i just set it where ever I want and I'm off.But what I really like besides it meeting my sewing needs, is how lite and easy to manage it is.I think it does the job that a lot of the other more expensive ones does without the high price and all the weight and hazel.Thanks Brother

    Good sturdy product for the price..would be good for a beginner too.

    I love this machine. For the price and what I bought it for (mending and simple sewing projects) it is perfect. Easy to thread, easy to wind a bobbin and sews a good even seam no matter what stitch you use. Haven't mastered the buttonholer yet but I suspect it's not the machine but possibly operator problems; nonetheless, still worth the money by far.

    Great product especially for beginers! Good value for money.

    Its a great machine for beginers. Not too pricey and quite easy to use. Love the automatic threading option.I actually stitched a basic dress from stratch for my daughter and it came out great!! This is my first machine stitching attempt in my entire life.

    Great price for a great sewing machine.

    I bought this for my wife, she has been wanting a sewing machine for awhile, She really likes it, and it was just what we wanted for a great price, it works really well, we have used it a few times since we got it, it is great for alot of things around the house, we turn alot of our kids pants in to shorts and it does a real nice job on the hims. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good sewing machine for a good price. It's easy to use and does not take up alot of space. Sofar we have nothing bad to say about this product.

    user friendly family sewing machine

    I bought it for my mother to do some family sewing work. It is easy to use and satisfy our needs well. The enclosed DVD demonstration was very helpful, however, we wish the paper manual could have more details and example of the work.
