Sold as "NEW". It might have been re-shrink-wrapped recently, but this item is far from "new". Case is crushed on it's spine and the front of the case looks like it has spent a significant amount of time in the sun. To illustrate, the difference in the condition of plastic on the front vs. the back of the case is significant. Please see uploaded images. The disc(s) play fine. I'm not requesting to return the item, only to state the description of this item being new was grossly exaggerated.
