Will buy from this seller again. Fantastic price and I do belive the book was shipped exactly as described. That being said it was shipped in a thin envelope that was about as thick as construction paper and the inside was covered with glue. Book still arrived in decent shape but I think adding some bubble wrap in the future would be a good idea. I'm still giving a 5 star review because it was shipped quickly and I belive when it was given to the post office it was in the described condition.

    Great choice for Top Chef fans

    I purchased the 2009 Top Chef Quickfire Cookbook as a gift for my roommate. We are both big fans of the show and he loves to cook. Immediately I loved the presentation, the hardcover book has a beautiful, elegant look to it. Inside the full color photos of the food and of the previous Quickfire winning contestants were very well done. The recipes were organized in different ways, by Top Chef Season as well as by type of food, i.e. breakfast, beverages, etc. I liked the behind the scenes info and info on the previous contestants. All in all a great gift idea for any Top Chef fan or anyone who loves to cook.

    Cookbook to have in your collection

    This book brings back memories of the young chefs (many now renowned) and the wonderful recipes. I’m enjoying reading and cooking from this book.

    As great as the first book

    A terrific cookbook that will have you replicating the quickfires for the fun of it. The book is built wonderfully. The pictures are large and clear and the prose are engaging. Works well with the, "Top Chef: The Cookbook." Well worth the purchase!
