Nice replacement for the original - I got a backlit upgrade to boot.
This HP backlit palmrest/keyboard is great. My original keyboard was not backlit but the connector was on the motherboard so it was easy to change to a backlit keyboard. The quality is good, as good as HP anyway. I still worry that the anchor holes will break. HP's design is not the greatest for structural integrity of the anchors. Beware if you don't have the connector for the backlit keyboard you're not going to be able to take advantage of that functionality. The keyboard will still function though.This HP backlit palmrest/keyboard is great.
