The item arrived on time, as described. It was very well packaged and had all the tools necessary to proceed with the upgrade. The instructions were well written and easy to follow, even though they were for an F-150 truck. The provided GPS antenna was easy to mount, the only issue was passing the cable from a side underneath the dashboard. Everything worked except for the AC control and display part, and the interior ambient lights. The seller was contacted on WhatsApp and they fixed it all.

    Great products & service

    I was going to try to do this on my own with junkyard parts and a programming cable, but it seems people are aware of the value of these and yank them immediately. So I went this route, and I'm glad I did because they not only programmed it, making it plug & play, but they also informed me of the extra parts I needed for my particular car (a gps antenna, a new USB hub mount (which is cheap and doesn't really securely lock in place), and a new USB hub (a genuine Ford part) as the old USB/SD/RCA hub was incompatible (I actually forgot to put it in before starting it up for the first time and it said "USB hubs not supported, please disconnect"). I've used it a couple of weeks now and it's been great. I also picked up a wireless android auto device that plugs into the USB port, so I've got ...

    Highly Recommend this Upgrade Over 4DTech

    Amazing kit. I would recommend buying your own dash removal tools because these ones are very brittle, but thats not what you're paying for here. You're paying for an incredible upgrade from SYNC 2. All the OEM parts, wiring, programming done for you. I was between this screen upgrade and the one from 4DTech, and I went with this one. The stereo turned out exactly the same as if I paid the $1800 from 4DTech. I highly recommend this company for OEM stereo needs. I'm quite thrilled with the quality and result!

    Turns a 2011 vehicle into a 2021 vehicle.

    Having one of the first ford vehicles to have SYNC 2 (2011 Ford Explorer Limited), this update is incredible and well worth the money, especially with how valuable used cars have become lately. Simply Michigan was really helpful in instructing me what I would need and it was plug & play. Now I have Apple CarPlay! Protip, be very careful removing the bezels, they are very fragile and nearly impossible to find replacement, (Mine was already broken before the install and I was lucky enough to find a junkyard part to use after I installed SYNC 3).

    you wont regret having navigation in your car.

    Great upgrade. I love having nav. If your phone is programmed into sync, when you look up a point of interest there will be a phone number and you can call it from the nav screen. Let say you look up a restaurant, it will display the phone number, you can call them and make a reservation even if your far from home and don't know the area or what restaurants are available, then nav will lead you to it.

    I was skeptical but once the item arrived, it was installed and ran like a charm. Use it everyday day now and could not ask for for a better useful item. Highly recommend the item to anyone who is moving from non navigation TO Navigation system using Sync 3. Your Bluetooth, your camera, your XM radio works great too! It's the real deal, good price specially since they program the Navigation APIM. Get one, won't regret it!
