I ordered commercial seals and was told that they could not sell them for the price listed and called me and talked me into paying the same price for 4 seals that I was paying for 15. as the quality was better. I'm not so sure it is. Also I was charged two shipping fees when they were shipped together. Be careful

This customer ordered the buna o-rings , which do not work with bedliner material. We offered a refund and told him we sell the A-Quality o-rings for polyurea applications. He insisted he wanted the higher quality ones. Then, he decided he would not be able to tell if he got the Buna or A-Quality and I explained he would know because the A-Quality do not swell in solvents and Buna do. Plus, buna would burst quickly. He got a discounted rate for A-Quality. He is totally unreasonable.
