If you can find one used, it's a great replacement board.
Pros: Cheap! 4GB DDR-800 max, LGA-775 socket,SATA ports, Intel X3100 integrated graphics, optional PCI-E x16 slot, G31 chipset, Decent board layout, overclocking options, did I mention Cheap! Cons: Needs another fan header or two, I suppose you could argue for more SATA ports or a IEEE header, but for this price what can you expect. The board booted up without issue. Windows loaded without issue. Graphics are fine for word processing, internet surfing, and anything that doesn't need a dedicated graphics card.
