Still works in Win8.
As a response to the reviewer saying this does not work with anything newer than WinXP 64-bit -- today I actually dug up this old webcam I have and installed it on my PC running Windows 8. There is no driver in windows for it, so just download it from the Creative Labs web site. It is a WinXP 64-bit driver. When you first run it, it will say not compatible. Win8 then offers to run the installation in compatibility mode. Then tada, everything works. Worth that money
This camera is very old, so will be hard to find right drivers, especially for Windows 10. Good for cheap projects and applications.

new in box, but too outdated to work
The product is too outdated (software/firmware) to work on current computers (or even older computers like mine with Windows 7). I tried all the suggestions that I found online, but none of them worked for me. The product went back in the box and will stay there.
