The items I purchased were “new” & looked pristine in the posting, but arrived somewhat crushed & damaged. I contacted the seller before going to leave feedback to make them aware of the situation, but was told because the shipping box itself did not display damage, there was nothing they could do for me & they do not accept returns. What’s interesting is that, to me, the shipping box having no damage speaks more to the quality in which it was originally shipped… not pristine as advertised.

Buyer contacted me 2 days after receiving items and wanted a refund. Buyer was extremely persistent on returning item. I have a final sale policy. Pictures were provided to buyer showing the item(s) in excellent condition Pryor to shipment. I asked about shipping box to know if possibly something happened during shipment that would have damaged items but buyer indicated that shipping box was not damaged. Items were packaged with care and sent out in excellent condition. Quality was as advertised
