Was sent the wrong item. I ordered a CD and I received an LP instead. Two different places on the description said that it was a used CD in good condition. When I emailed the seller about it I got a generic reply telling me that they would get to it when they can and that if I send a second message it will just delay the process. That is terrible customer service. If they have time to send me an email message at all then they have time to initiate a refund or to answer the question I asked.

The items original ETA was April 18th but arrived on April 22nd. I requested a refund after seeing the quality of the book and the seller responded with a full refund and an apology for the quality. My sincere apologies, the item was not what I expected, (to NO FAULT of the SELLER at all.) It came in good condition however, I must’ve of misunderstood the description, I thought the names would be transliterated into English, but it's in Hebrew. I thought it would give the Hebrew meaning to the name/ places. Also I noticed that the dust jacket was different than the advertised photo. BEN 10 RACE AGAINST TIME DVD
The main reason I purchased this item is that my 7 year old grandson is a huge Ben 10 fan. I have watched other episodes with him and truth be told, I like it too! We also bought the complete seasons available and I got him a Ben 10 watch. He wondered why his watch didn't turn him into the 10 super heroes as it does Ben and I had to tell him that there is only one of those watches in this galaxy and Ben has it. Episodes are not continuous and tell the whole story in each separate one. You don't have to worry that you missed one episode and will be lost. All in all I rate this show a 10 out of 10. I bought Ben 10 Race Against Time because I wanted to see how this screen adaptation of an original toon would come out and I must admit this is the best tv movie for kids (and not only for kids) I've seen recently. Those actors kids are so good and look a lot like their animated counterparts, while Lee Majors (talking about a legend) gives grandpa Max the right touch of charm. Fast dialogues, action and amazing special effects are the ingredients of this movie and you feel like watching it again. Looking fordwards to see one sequel ... or maybe two...I bought Ben 10 Race Against Time because I wanted to see how this screen adaptation of an original toon would come out and I must admit this is the best tv movie for kids (and not only for kids) I've seen recently. Ben 10 Race Against Time
My kids, who are 5 and 7, love this movie. They're big fans of the cartoon and were very excited when a live-action movie came out. I doubt anyone over the age of 10 would be too impressed- the acting is average at best, the special effects aren't very special, and the dialogue is corny. For children who watch the cartoon, however, it's perfect. There is one scene that might be a little scary for young children, but on the whole it's pretty tame.My kids, who are 5 and 7, love this movie.
