No complaints with seller, very quick shipping. I would stay away from this puller itself. The fingers do not go deep enough to be very effective. The puller is aluminum go for one in steel or cast iron. Don't order without a handle, it doesn't fit standard garden handles. I had one from a small broken rake to use, even that was too thick.

Works if the ground is very moist. If dry, don't use as it will leave the root. Best on out in the open weeds. If they are hidden in grass its hard to find the middle of weed.
