The initial shipment arrived in good shape and as described, but there was a problem with the charger. Even thought the transaction was a 'No Returns Accepted' sale, I let the seller know that there was a problem as a "heads up" so he could check out his inventory to avoid a future problem. That's when the seller showed his commitment to providing what he advertised!
Not only was he apologetic, he sent a new replacement charger! What a guy! Great communication and very accommodating!! AAAAA++++
