I'm soo sorry about this! I shipped the item out within 30min of them placing the order. It's been stuck in USPS for over a month as verified it with USPS tracking information. It's really out of our hands until USPS delivers it. There's a large crisis with USPS distribution centers in that part of the country- please see the news reports about it. We have refunded your order and you'll still receive the item when USPS can deliver it.
