Not Recommended. Bait and switch tactics were used. I purchased an crock pot and after the sale they asked if I wanted another color, I said it was a gift, and the stainless finish is what was wanted, and what I ordered. So after a couple emails back and forth I simply asked for the color I ordered, or a refund, they said they had what I ordered. The next email was a refund. Yep, it's called bait and switch. No mystery here.

This toaster is fantastic! It does a great job for not only toast but bagels, cooks evenly and quickly and the controls are easy to use and accurate. I highly recommend this toaster.

Easy to look at
Controls are in good location to the right of toaster. Easy to use. The only problem i have noted, on bagles mainly is that it doesn,t toast both sides evenly. I turn it over and reheat sometimes. Other than that, i do like the toaster.

Great little hummer
I have been struggling to find a toaster that does its work evenly. This is it. My $60 Cuisinart couldn't toast it's way out of a paper bag even with all the independent settings. This toaster is far less complex but more better!
