Changed original price they had accepted but then revised the price because Thule said they had to . They were very nice and I still agreed to pay the increased price. Still waiting to hear back on a small broken item that happened in shipping. No way to talk to a human and all emails are never signed so you don t know who or if you re talking to the same person or persons. No phone number or business address. Product was as described and was shipped promptly.
