Stars and questions are very misleading.
Sometimes I think these questions are rigged to mislead. How can anyone actually answer these during the first 6 months. The stars are not quite accurate description. It was just what I expected. The reviews I read before purchasing were right. The machine works well but the manual and directions are inadequate. Trial and error are the only way to actually figure out how it works and on which settings it works best for you. You should also expect to figure out where all of the parts go and how to take it apart to clean. Directions are very vague and the diagram is small. We have used it a few times now and we are getting more confident about the settings. It is a chore to clean but that should be expected with this type of equipment.
