TOO SHORT
Bits are 4 1/2" TOTAL length, not drilling length. Once it is in the chuck you maybe have 3 1/2" or less of actual embedment, not deep enough for longer screws plus the extra space required. They should be a total of 5 1/2" long so you can have 4 1/2" of embedment.

This is a great deal for 10 of these masonry bits. You sometimes run into a very hard spot when drilling into concrete and it will burn the point off the bit. This deal for 10 bits is very good. These Bosch bits are a very good quality masonry drill bit.
