No Hope
This product came with the remote control not adjusting the sound back down after it was adjusted up. It also will not allow you to use the fiber optic connections on the back of the unit but only the one on the front of the unit which is for video games and such. I still can't get it to recognize the rear surround speakers either. Receiver as part of the new 7.1 surround sound system
We purchaesd this receiver as part of our new 7.1 surround sound system by Onkyo. This receiver and surround system is AWESOME!!!! The receiver is very easy to hook up to any audio or video components. It is very sleek and extremely easy to use. And the sound, WOW, it blows Bose out of the water!!!! You will not be disapointed in this receiver or surround sound system! It is a MUST BUY!!!!

better than my old RCA lot more Power but setup Needs Work
I got a Onkyo TX-SR602 it is 7.1 and has 650.0 WaIt naccurate and awkwardly implemented autosetup calibration i had to go Over it 10 times to get it To work Right and it still is not Like it Should be but atlest i can Now Hear all speakers and the Sub if your Using the extra zone 2 the 7th channel Will not play and makes the system Sound Off and not all adapters will let you use with the Zone 2
