With very experienced computer guy who writes code for a living He has determined that both cables that were sent are defective We have done everything we can to test but when we put in a cheap over the counter gps with straight usb connection my fancy computer navigation reads both of them. Absolutely NOT true. These cables are 100% working when used in the CORRECT way. Sorry you purchased the wrong cables and your "very experienced computer guy who writes code for a living" didn't tell you... but does appear you did purchase the correct cable from China so good for you. Next time why don't you try communicating with sellers about the situation before you leave negative feedback. Not good for the eBay community to leave false feedback especially when you don't even contact first!!!
