Good Genuine Mead Barlow
This was the most inexpensive 2X Barlow I found that looked like a Genuine Mead. Indeed when I got it it is. Solid metal construction, good lenses, very clear, works very well and of good construction. Not a cheap knockoff barlow. Its worth spending a little more for the better quality. Cheaper ones will be plastic and have poor lenses, this is a Good Barlow I bought to use wit my Mead ETX 125 telescope, also used with a Newtonian 8 Inch telescope and it worked well.This was the most inexpensive 2X Barlow I found that looked like a Genuine Mead. Indeed when I got it it is. Solid metal construction, good lenses, very clear, works very well and of good construction. Not a cheap knockoff barlow. Its worth spending a little more for the better quality. Meade #126 shorty Barlow
For a modest price you can have a very good performing 2x barlow. I see no aberrations introduced using my Televue plossl eyepieces. The magnification is clean and sharp, it's short design makes it easy to use, highly recommended!

Waiting for a clear evening, but it’ll happen!
Tried it out with ETX-90 & 125. Works perfectly with both. Louisiana has had lots of clouds and hazy nights, so just waiting for a good “seeing,” night. For an inexpensive surprise, try one. Mine is clear with no apparent chromic aberration.
